Ok, minus the cowboy hat, Stern has become what he once despised, a mere imitation of his former self.
These days Stern is a powerful brand. So powerful he relies on many deservingly low paid individuals to supply his show. The show is somewhat mechanical and the best parts of it have been muted by many untalented staff members, most of whom are too threatened to support anyone else’s success on the air.
Where’s the passion? Where are the issues? Stern’s financial success may be deserved but it has damaged his sensibility. Now he worries about Chess ratings as oppose to Censorship, which exists now more then ever. Let’s face it, it was never about censorship it was about censoring Stern. These days he is free to speak but we are more silenced than ever before.
Don’t get me wrong; I’m a fan, and a stockholder. I have enjoyed the show on Sirius; there have been some incredible interviews.
When Stern fades into oblivion so will many of the people in his orbit. It’s no shock that Robin Quivers is branching out with a daily show of her own. She will do a women’s issue show for Sirius. She deserves great success but it is no surprise the announcement was a shock and a threat to Stern. Overweight comic, Artie Lange only has a career do to Stern’s loyal fan base. His acting work is meager and his comedy more cutthroat than humorous. The majority of Stern’s staff will not have jobs in his absence; they are unintelligent, greedy and cynical.
I still listen but I do miss the real Howard Stern. It is only a matter of time before a fresh face for radio emerges. Now more than ever we need a loud voice to challenge the authorities.

Britney Spears Performed last night at the House of Blues in San Diego. It’s been three years since we last saw Britney on-stage, and nothings changed because she’s still lip-synching and still performing her old songs that were hits 7 years ago!! Tickets sales were as high as $125!! I’m sorry, but I would not see Britney for that much money (Unless she was NAKED)… And she only performed for 15 minutes!! What’s up with that???
Britney, You can “Hit me baby one more time” and that performance last night was “Toxic”, we are so “Lucky” to see you out and about but, “I’m a Slave for You” and I really want you to be “Overprotected” of your 2 sons because they don’t need a “Crazy” mama who’s “Not a girl, not yet a woman”.
We Love ya Brit!!

It’s been four years since President Bush announced to the world that our mission in Iraq was accomplished. Meanwhile, all is far from well in Iraq and days ago Bush was dancing in public. Not a care in the world from a leader who has sent America into a war built on deceit and an unsettling passion for oil.
Today, Bush vetoed the war-funding bill. This is what our esteemed puppet leader had to say.
“I recognize that many Democrats saw this bill as an opportunity to make a political statement about their opposition to the war,” Bush said. “They’ve sent their message, and now it is time to put politics behind us and support our troops with the funds they need.”
Time to put Politics behind us? Let’s be honest. Washington is politics; Democrats and Republicans are all in it together. They control us, and that has to change. The politics will always be there under the current two party structure of our government. Many new parties need to be formed; money needs to be extracted from “politics.” Our President is a liar, and a loser. His rhetoric continually avoids the issue at hand.
We have nothing to gain in Iraq! Enough is enough. Be a man, not a puppet.
How can anyone look past the fact that Bush and Cheney are making money off of this war? The tragic death of many American children and innocent Iraqi civilians are being lost for oil that can easily be replaced with more effective energy sources. Just by changing the fuel standards to that of Europe, we could be self-sufficient on our own oil.
The Political statement that the Democrats are making with this bill is one of the few instances in which they appear to be challenging the Republicans. Only time will tell. At this point we need to withdraw from Iraq immediately. If we have to wait it out to ’08 then we will. We have made it this far. We will show the world that our nation is free. We must be free. Free to change and progress. We need Renewable Energy, Better Education, Free Healthcare, and a re- structuring of our Electoral process.
Until then we have to continue to support our troops, until we set a date for withdrawal, and actually do so. Our troops are doing a job based on an established trust with our nation’s leaders. That bond has been broken.
In any other time in history there would have been some one willing to make this change for us. I wish the Oval office were in a white suburban educational institution. That would increase the odds of progress!

The King of all Media has said he would welcome O’Donnell on his Sirius Satellite Radio broadcast. Today, Rosie confirmed she would in fact be a guest on the Howard Stern show. The comment was made via her video blog prior to the taping of the May 1st 2007 episode of “The View.”
“I actually, you know, gained a lot of respect for him when he started speaking out against the FCC and Colin Powell’s son and about the, you know, blatant censorship that was happening. He was way ahead of the curve on that and you know, I had a newfound respect for him and I actually probably would go on his show one day when I have something to say.”
She also added.
“He doesn’t scare me as much as he did. He use to scare me a lot.”
So when will Rosie and Stern finally meet on the Sirius Satellite airwaves?
Most likely, this will not occur until after O’Donnell exits “The View” which is expected mid-June. At that point it will only be a matter of time before Rosie speaks out about her new endeavors and the rumors of an ABC offer to buyout Barbara Walters and give Rosie the show. It is suggested by insiders that ABC made the proposition in January but Walters declined to accept. Walter’s has already joined Stern on Sirius radio, on his Howard 100 morning program and with her own show on Sirius Stars.
Watch Rosie’s comment.
